Sibhale Mxobo, a South African college student, tells her story:

"A few months ago, I knew nothing about Transcendental Meditation (TM). With TM, I have learned to relax and take life as it comes, view nature and its laws as supports in my life.

'My relationship with people has changed a lot. I now have a smaller circle of friends. I have learned to accept my upbringing. I no longer resent my biological father. I have dealt with bigger inner problems, like forgiving the man who raped me, forgiving my grandfather for the beatings, the insults and the long nights I spent without food in my stomach most of the years. I have learned to respect and appreciate my boyfriend for putting up with my moods.

'Finally, with TM I found a happier me, a me with a big sense of humor and love. I am now grateful for my life like never before. I have gained weight and more creativity and I am making great changes in my life, day at a time.

' I am now a mentor to primary school kids, a positive role model for my little sister, a better friend, a rational and loving girlfriend, and hopefully God is enjoying the break without my nagging."
