B. "Grants expert" to do outreach to granting agencies and foundations, plus write grants which might support the work of PRN.
C. An "experienced public relations liaison" to work between PRN and the David Lynch Foundation, for the express purpose of interacting with celebrities, to inspire them to support the work of PRN with their own foundations, to assist with linkage to other celebrities who might consider supporting and to mobilize their involvement to better link the work of PRN with the general public.
D. "Social media expert" who can raise awareness about the work of PRN and support fund raising initiatives through social media channels.
E. "Vice President" will work closely with the President on all areas of operations, including project development and management, research project creation and management, and grants and fund raising, and development of social media base, etc.

These positions may evolve to include reasonable amounts of personal compensation as the PRN organization becomes more and more successful with its initiatives to fund projects and the organization as a whole.
